Level II: Confident Communication
Develop the confidence and versatility to adapt your influence style, skillfully navigate common types conversations leaders face, and cultivate a culture of open communication.
Level I: Foundations of People-Centered Leadership
Effective leadership begins with recognizing that people think, work, learn, and are motivated differently.
Level I introduces the foundations of people-centered leadership through the lens of understanding individual strengths and instincts, intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, and effective training.
Participants learn how to better understand the people they are leading and apply their leadership approach to support individual growth, engagement, and performance.
Key Areas of Learning
Identify natural strengths in yourself and your team through Kolbe Technology, guided by a Kolbe Certified Consultant
Explore the role of personality, values, emotional intelligence, and types of motivation in the workplace.
Program Objectives
Participants will learn to adapt their leadership approach to the individual strengths, needs, and development levels of each team member, fostering greater trust, engagement, and performance.

Apply effective training models to support task-specific development, build trust, and strengthen performance.
This program combines interactive learning with individualized coaching and opportunities for real-world application.
Interactive Workshop: Begin by exploring the foundations of people-centered leadership and practical models for leading individuals and teams.
Coaching Sessions: Apply concepts to real situations through personalized coaching with an Everwell coach.
Group Learning Touchpoints: Reconnect with fellow participants to deepen understanding, practice and share experiences, and reinforce learning together.

Public Enrollment
Offered 1–2 times annually, bringing together leaders from different organizations and industries for a shared development experience. Next offering: January 2027
Private Group Enrollment
Available for organizations with six or more participants, providing an opportunity to develop leadership capabilities across a team or organization.

Level II: Confident Communication
Building on the foundations of Leadership Compass Level I, Confident Communication equips leaders with the confidence and versatility to navigate everyday leadership conversations with skill, intention, and compassion.
Program Objectives
By the end of Leadership Compass Level II, participants will be equipped to navigate a wide range of leadership conversations with greater confidence, adaptability, and compassion.
Participants will strengthen their ability to communicate effectively, adapt their influence styles to different people and situations, give and receive constructive feedback, and approach accountability and challenging conversations with intention.
Ultimately, the program aims to help leaders foster open communication, build trust, and strengthen relationships within their teams.
Experience & Structure
This program combines interactive learning with individualized coaching and opportunities for real-world application.
Assessment: Gain insight into natural influencing tendencies and identify opportunities to adapt approacesh to different people and situations.
Interactive Workshop: Explore practical communication strategies, influence styles, and frameworks for navigating feedback, accountability, and high stakes conversations with confidence.
Coaching Sessions: Apply new communication and influence strategies to real situations through personalized coaching with an Everwell coach.
Group Learning Touchpoints: Reconnect with fellow participants to deepen understanding, practice challenging conversations, share experiences, and reinforce learning together.

Leadership Compass Level II is offered through scheduled public programs, bringing together Leadership I graduates from different organizations to strengthen their communication and influence skills.
