After nearly a decade in business consulting and coaching, Everwell’s founder, Kelly, noticed a recurring pattern: people were reaching their goals but often felt depleted by the process. Constant pressure left little room to appreciate their achievements or thoughtfully consider what came next.

Founded in 2024, Everwell grew from the belief that wellbeing belongs at the foundation of success. How we achieve matters, as does our capacity to sustain it.

Because wellbeing is personal, our work begins with understanding people and the environments they work in. We bring together expertise in psychology and business to strengthen emotional intelligence and help people pursue meaningful goals with greater wellbeing.
