Bijal Rahman is the Director of Operations at Everwell Consulting, where she brings together an interest in business development, thoughtful organization, and the human side of work. With a Bachelor of Science in Business and a background in marketing, she understands how the systems behind a business and the relationships within it shape its success.

Working closely with Everwell’s leadership team and consultants, Bijal oversees daily operations and helps bring Everwell’s client work to life, from coordinating consulting engagements to supporting coaching programs. Her role also spans financial administration, hiring, communications, and internal operations, bringing structure and follow-through to both ongoing priorities and new initiatives.

Bijal is especially interested in how a business’s vision takes shape through everyday decisions and ways of working. She enjoys turning ideas into practical action, creating structure around evolving needs, and developing processes that make it easier for people and organizations to do their best work.

Her interest in emotional intelligence also shapes how she approaches her work. Bijal values self-awareness, empathy, and understanding different perspectives. These core principles influence how she communicates, collaborates, and supports both Everwell team members and clients.

Outside of her work, Bijal enjoys kickboxing and occasionally instructs classes during her free time. She also loves spending time with her husband and son, traveling, exploring beauty and makeup, and discovering new coffee shops in the city.
