Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach
Brian Tymann is a Long Island native and graduate of Westhampton Beach High School and LIU Southampton. A lifelong conservationist, Brian has always prioritized proactive solutions to protect the natural world.
Raised in a household rooted in service - his father led Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island for 34 years - Brian developed a strong sense of community and commitment to helping others.
He began his career by founding an aquatic landscaping company, later moving into the solar energy field, where he installed over 2MW of residential solar. He then transitioned into consulting, managing community and government relations for diverse clients.
At just 26, Brian was appointed to the Southampton Town Conservation Board and later elected as a Southampton Town Trustee in 2007. In 2015, he was elected as a Westhampton Beach Village Trustee, serving for a decade and helping lead over $40 million in infrastructure projects, including a downtown sewer district and storm drainage system.
In 2020, The Southampton Press named him “Person of the Year” for his service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
An entrepreneur and investor, Brian has founded several small businesses and actively serves on multiple boards and committees. His personal interests include wild foraging (which he teaches), playing drums in bands, hiking, writing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Brian brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive, organizational consulting expertise, and civic leadership to Everwell. His diverse background allows him to effectively guide our leadership programs and consulting clients, combining sharp business insight with a people-first approach to help them achieve meaningful, lasting results
