Forgive for Good remains the most widely published secular self-help book on the topic of Forgiveness. His research has shown that the Forgive for Good methodology leads to improvements in physical, relational, and mental health for individuals dealing with a wide range of challenges.

His work has been applied across diverse settings– veteran’s hospitals, churches, legal mediation, cancer care, psychotherapy, and in global conflict recovery efforts including post 9/11 trauma, political violence in Northern Ireland, civil war recovery in Sierra Leone and Colombia, and intergenerational trauma among Indigenous populations in Arctic Canada.

Dr. Luskin’s work has been featured heavily in global media outlets such as in The New York Times, O Magazine, The Today Show, Los Angeles Times, Time Magazine, Huffington Post, CBS Morning News, and a PBS pledge drive video. He is the co-author of Stress Free for Good: Ten Scientifically Proven Life Skills for Health and Happiness, which emerged from his research in Stanford School of Medicine’s preventive cardiology department, studying emotional resilience among patients with heart conditions and consulting with Stanford Hospital nurses on emotional regulation and burnout prevention.

Dr. Luskin teaches stress management, emotional intelligence, and happiness skills to corporate clients across the United States. His work centers on a research-backed triad for a healthy and meaningful life: strengthening relationships, cultivating positive purpose, and building practices in gratitude and other positive emotions.

At Everwell, Dr. Luskin’s philosophy and teaching are the cornerstone of our work. His grounding presence and ability to translate deep science into everyday practices for humans across all cultures, life experiences, and backgrounds is a gift to our team and clients.
